For the second year in a row, Abilene is hosting the Mid-America League Playoffs + Championships! 

Join us for Game 1, as the #1 seed Joplin Outlaws and the #4 seed Texarkana Rhinos battle for a spot in the best-of-3 Championships starting on August 7th and running until August 9th (if needed).

TICKET HOLDER, on his/her own behalf and on behalf of any accompanying minor(s) (collectively “Holder”) acknowledges and agrees that by the use of a ticket, or being allowed to the Event by any other means, they are bound by ALL Terms and Conditions and not just those contained on the back of this ticket.


This ticket is a non-transferable revocable license. The ABILENE FLYING BISON reserve the right to revoke such license, in their sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, by tendering to Holder the purchase price of the ticket(s). The license granted by this ticket may also be terminated without refund of any portion of the purchase price if Holder violates these Terms and Conditions, appears to be or is intoxicated, engages in conduct deemed by the FLYING BISON to be improper, disorderly or unbecoming or uses vulgar or abusive language. 


ASSUMPTION OF RISK RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE – RELEASE and WAIVER OF LIABILITY OF RELEASED PARTIES - ABILENE SPORTS and ENTERTAINMENT LLC and THE ABILENE FLYING BISON BASEBALL CLUB, the Abilene FLYING BISON, and McMurry University, and any related entity, person and/or agent, or any one associated therewith.   


WARNING – STAY ALERT. Holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event (including the game of baseball), whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to, the actual Event, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured or incurring property damage to personal effects and vehicles, by thrown or batted balls or other Event equipment, thrown or broken bats (or fragments thereof) or other Event equipment, persons or other items. Holder agrees that the Released Entities are not liable for any injuries, death, or loss of property resulting from any cause, and Holder hereby releases, holds harmless, and fully indemnifies all such persons and entities and waives any and all claims against all such persons and entities.


RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE


HOLDER, ON BEHALF OF HOLDER, ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTY, MINOR AND THEIR RELATED PERSONS, WAIVES, RELEASES, DISCHARGES, HOLDS HARMLESS, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY OR DEMAND OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, (A) USE OF THIS TICKET, (B) PRESENCE AT THE VENUE OR (C) PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR ANY RELATED ACTIVITIES ARRANGED, PROMOTED AND/OR SPONSORED BY THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE CLAIMS THAT ARISE AS A RESULT OF: (1) IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THE SOLE, JOINT, OR COMPARATIVE NEGLIGENCE, PREMISE LIABILITY OR STRICT LIABILITY, OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND/OR (2) THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH VISITING THE VENUE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION (X) ALL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, WRONGFUL DEATH OR EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF COVID-19 OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE BY HOLDER, ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTY OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE BY HOLDER OR ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTY; AND (Y) ALL CLAIMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION OF ANY HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES TO HOLDER OR ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTY.
